Pandemic Flu Information and Planning

Planning for Pandemic Flu at MSU

At MSU, a multidisciplinary group is actively planning and working with state and local public health and emergency management officials to anticipate and be as prepared as possible for pandemic flu and its impact on the MSU community. Since pandemics are about people and communities and the interruptions in their everyday lives and the functioning of many systems, it is important that people stay informed, use accurate information to guide planning, reduce fear and continue to work together to preserve the important missions of the University.

This Web site will be updated regularly with information related to MSU planning, as well as connections to emerging information about bird flu. MSU has developed a Pandemic Flu Planning Document to communicate the work of the University's planning group to the University's stakeholders. The most recent version of this planning document is available in the navigation to the left.
